The Port gets social with BaseballNooz

BaseballNooz, relaunched its site today with social networking in mind. The site is powered by The Port Network out of Atlanta. The Port Network created a little desktop applet for the Chargers and other NFL teams a few years back. The Mashable’s blog has a small review on BaseballNooz redesign here.
